Near Maps
Reseed subscribe to NearMaps close aerial imagery. We can see and study the ovals history including grass growth, kids traffic patterns, irrigation performance and more, seasonally going back as far as 2009. Sports field Irrigation
Strategic watering is key to maintaining a vigorous turf sward that self-repairs faster than the kids can wear it down.
Reseed design, install and maintain bespoke turf irrigation systems as a turnkey solution, specific to the planned turfgrass growth. Our system designs are comprehensive, fully automated and hydraulically engineered to ensure head-to-head overlap coverage, high rotor pressure and water delivery. Often, our designs work off the mains utilising oversized piping and fittings to minimise system pressure losses to surpass minimum operating parameters. For mid-larger ovals, we specify bespoke variable speed computerised 'rare earth magnet' smart pumps to achieve system duty points, greater efficiency and lower cost watering. Another key feature of our installations is 'trenchless' pipe laying using a vibra-plough. The benefit being minimal excavations and negligible topography disturbance.
Our irrigation designs are underwritten by specific software that presents visualisation of construct layers including overlapping rotor arcs, mainline, lateral lines and valve layouts. We use NearMaps close aerial imagery to verify and reference previous grass growth patterns and old irrigation history.
Turn-key solutions
The starting point is a degraded oval; we deliver a valuable greenspace asset suited for long term sustainable kids' sports play. We provide a works specification and quote, and remittance is to achieved milestones. We also provide run-off turf maintenance, monitoring and advisory programs.
